Project Summary
Gensler Houston Scope Interior upfit of approximately 210,000 rentable square feet of Class A office and amenity space on 9 levels of the building. The scope includes: Office space for 600-700 employees with break areas adjacent to workspaces Conference/Forum Assembly space on Level P3 with catering needs for approximately 65 - 170 guests for several days per month. A VIP Lounge with bar on Level P3 A Kitchen on Level 00 to serve 200 - 500 occupants per meal per day. Dining Assembly Space on Level 00 with approximately 300 seats including private conference dining and outdoor dining. A Board Room suite with a pantry on Level 00. A Broadcast Suite, shower/locker rooms, a wellness area, an executive suite and infrastructure for a future wellness clinic on Level 00.
My Responsibilities
- Overall involved in projects FF&E selection, design and Construction Administration
- Created and fine tuned material finish palettes and was a part of a team maintaining and documenting finish plans, finish schedule and elevations
- Created and helped coordinate workstation furniture systems and private office case goods.
- Created and coordinated ancillary furniture bid package and specifications
-Worked with furniture manufacturers on final furniture design selections and the review and approval of shop drawing and materials
- Assisted in the Construction Administration process; responded to finish materials related RFI's and submittals.
